JES was great. Our Client had a judgment against a company. JES had their attorneys work on this and they were able to find a bank account and garnish, not only the judgment amount, but interest as well. I’ve never written a BBB review before but I felt compelled to do so in this case because this business truly went above and beyond in providing great customer service. Most importantly is that they did so even when it would not benefit them financially. I was in the process of getting information from them about their services when I got a call from Maria S., Managing Director, to inform me that they had done research on my case and found that the defendants had in fact paid the judgment a few months earlier. My debtor was a ghost man. And only Judgment Enforcement Solutions managed to get to his bank account. In general, I am satisfied that 75% of the debt was recovered by going to Settlement with the debtor.. Of course, fees of agency and attorney ate a large share. But on my own, I wouldn’t be able to get what I got.

We’ve had a very large judgement against a former client who used the corporate veil very successfully to escape his payment responsibilities (he created a new partnership or corporation for every new job etc…).
