After a lengthy and costly eviction battle with a tenant who had abused and destroyed our property, we were finally awarded a judgment against her in 2018. Two years later, we received a form letter from JES reminding us the judgment wasn’t worth anything unless we turned it over for collection. We signed with them in December 2020 and they went to work. In July 2021 they sent us a check! We know just how hard it was for them to investigate and find a way to get anything out of such a master system manipulator.
