Client owed me a lot of money from a large Judgement I obtained for them, and refused to pay me. I was emotionally involved to the extent that it wasn’t helpful for me to try to do my own collection. Assigning this problem to JES was a great decision and has resulted in my recovery of significant sums.
I recommend JES as a recovery solution for any Judgement that may be owned by anyone and a good way to avoid the distractions of personal emotions that can distract significantly from other areas of your life. People are easy to deal with and give regular status reports. Judgement enforcement can be tedious and require a great deal of patience. I would recommend JES to anyone who is the beneficiary of an uncollected Judgement.
