My debtor was a ghost man. And only Judgment Enforcement Solutions managed to get to his bank account. In general, I am satisfied that 75% of the debt was recovered by going to Settlement with the debtor.. Of course, fees of agency and attorney ate a large share. But on my own, I wouldn’t be able to get what I got.
